The WT Fit4fight class is actually meant for the 'hardliners' of the students, the ones who can find pleasure in meeting their physical borders. From Cardio (FrequenChi) to Stretching (ChiKung), from circle-defence to our 5-phases-fight... here one can totally exhaust himself within a whole bunch of action. 
 
This is the only NWTO training whereby a medical examination beforehand is advisable to be able to be sure that the possible physical strains can be overcome in an individually responsible way.
